Firecracker shrimp
Super crispy wrapped in a spring roll filled with Tiger shrimp mix with
scallops, Cream cheese and shiso leaf dipping in a Thai sweet chili sauce.
Gyoza
Japanese style Pork* Pot stickers, Mild Chili Ponzu.
Yellowtail jalapeños
Yellowtail*, Jalapeño, Scallion, Cilantros, Chef Special sauce.
Edamame
Boiled Soybeans, Sea Salt.
Okinawa scallops
Seared u10 Sea Scallops, Shiso pesto , micro greens.

Chili garlic noodles
Stir- fried egg noodles with your choice of proteins served with
local sourced vegetables. Available with chicken, tiger shrimp or vegetarian.
Tonkatsu ramen
Rich and creamy Pork bone broth with black garlic oil. All Ramen served with chives, Pork Chashu, wood ear mushrooms, boiled eggs.
Pork bao buns
Bao buns filled with pork belly, pickles with Iza style hoisin sauce.
Chilean seabass
Miso marinated over 24 hours oven roasted over sauteed mushrooms,
asparagus, miso reduction sauce, Chili Oil, rice.
Grilled ribeye
18 oz Ribeye with roasted potatoes, asparagus, Uni Saffron
butter, black truffle garlic oil with chimichurri, onions, rice.

Wagyu Ishiyaki*
"Ishiyaki" means stone grill and what better way to cook the world's rarest beef -- Olive Wagyu* rated A5 from Kagawa, Japan than to cook it over a hot stone. A pinch of salt, a hot rock and this magnificent beef with it's incredibly high concentration of fine-grained umami-laden fat it all that's needed.
